All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and reports produced for clients, remains the intellectual property of GS Consulting Group Limited unless explicitly transferred in writing. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. Formal engagements are governed by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

4. Limitation of Liability

GS Consulting Group Limited provides advisory services based on information available at the time of the engagement. We are not liable for decisions made by clients based on our recommendations. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

5. Payment Terms

Fees, payment schedules, and milestone-based billing are detailed in individual engagement agreements. Overdue invoices may be subject to applicable statutory interest.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
